This week in Visual Art for Monday, Wednesday, & Friday October 3rd, 5th, & 7th
Preschool: Students were encouraged to use their fine motor skills while creating a cornstalk. (Yellow) Color of the week Collaborative with Preschool.
Kindergarten: Students learned about designing a card. They cultivated the theological virtues of hope and charity by creating a card for the sick children in the hospital.
First: Again,students experimented with the tools on TINKERCAD. They resized and applied color to the apple. They moved the shape of the apple . Exploring the process of alignment. Opposed to using a paintbrush or pencil they utilized the computer as a tool to create art.

Seventh: Students created a flag of a Spanish Speaking country in art. This is a Cross-Curricular Art Project with Mrs. Collier (Spanish Teacher). Students studied the flags from different countries and researched the countries in Mrs. Collier’s Spanish class. They will also learn in her class the culture of the people.
