Competition Chess (Grades 3-8)

Continue your knowledge of chess in a competitive environment with peers. Must know how to play the game of chess to participate in this club. Beginner chess players should instead consider Progress with Chess to learn the game of chess.

February 17-April 21 (no club on March 31st due to spring break)

Time: 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Location: GIC
Cost: $45
Course fees cover registration for one chess tournament that the club attends as a team. Additional fees may apply for outside / additional tournaments students decide to attend. Parent transportation is needed for tournaments.
