Admission Forms

Personal Tour Dates: Families interested in receiving a personal tour of Saint Ambrose School or to schedule a student shadow day can call the Admissions Office at 330.460.7318, or email Admissions@StASchool.us

Transportation: Transportation is provided to students in Brunswick City Schools, Buckeye School District students and students in the Medina City Schools District.

Registration: Priority family enrollment begins Thursday, January 19th.  Priority enrollment is extended to all existing school families and active parishioners, with existing school families receiving the first priority.  Existing school families will receive enrollment packets home with your child by January 19th.  Additional packets will be available for pickup in both the parish and school office beginning that day.

Priority Enrollment:  January 19, 2017 – February 13, 2017 (existing school families and parishioners)

Open Enrollment: February 20, 2017
