St. Ambrose Students To Be Published Poets

Last fall the 7th grade ELA classes submitted poems to the Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans. Various styles of poems were submitted such as: haiku, free verse, diamonte and limerick. Twenty two students’ poems were chosen to be published in the book, Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans. The book will be released in April, and students have the opportunity to purchase a copy for themselves. We are so proud to see their hard work published and shared with many people across the United States.
