Tuition Payments

2024-2025 Tuition Payments begin July 1st. www.SaintAmbroseSchool.us/Tuition

  • Payment in Full Deadline is July 1, 2024.
  • Tuition Payment Program Begins July 1st.
  • Financial Aid and Scholarships will be applied directly to your tuition account once confirmed and received first by the family.
  • Information on EdChoice Scholarship and scholarship awards will be provided directly to families by the state of Ohio, then applied to your Digital Academy Tuition Account.
  • Log into your Digital Academy account to view or change any information.
  • Contact the School Office with any tuition questions. 330-460-7301 or MNewrones@StASchool.us. She will be sending reminders for the first tuition payments.

Complete Supply Kit ordering has ended. If you placed an order, your student school supplies will be delivered directly to your home by August 12th.

Some brands listed on school supply lists are provided in the kits, but may not be easy to find in stores. Substitution of brands is permissible if you are unable to resource the specific brand listed. Please reach out to the school/teachers with any questions!

** Incoming new HSP students to Grades 6,7,8 will have a Chromebook fee of approximately $300 in addition to school supplies.
HSP also has overnight retreats and trips that are an extra fee. ($150-$600)

  • The Physical Education Uniform changed in 2022. These must be ordered through Key Profits. A PE uniform is required.

Saint Ambrose School Uniforms and Dress Code

We are grateful to our parents who closely follow our school dress code, and help us to keep uniform shirts affordable by not requiring logo shirts. Schoolbelles Uniform Store is the exclusive provider for our Saint Ambrose plaid jumpers and skirts for girls. Other items including pants, polos, and dress shoes can be purchased from anywhere provided it meets our dress code requirements.

UNIFORM GUIDELINES GRADES KINDERGARTEN – THIRD GRADE

K-3 BOYS : Red polo; navy blue dress pants/ chinos, navy blue long walking shorts. White or Navy socks, dress shoes .Tie shoes are not recommended until your child is excellent at tying their own shoes. Belts are required to be worn beginning in Second Grade. A navy blue V-neck sweater or grey PE SAS sweatshirt may be worn in the winter.

K-3 GIRLS: Red polo; white peter pan blouse; Schoolbelles plaid jumper; navy blue dress pants/ chinos, navy blue long walking shorts. White or Navy socks and dress shoes. Tie shoes are not recommended until your child is excellent at tying their own shoes. Jumpers must touch the top of the knee in length. Shorts must be worn under jumpers. Leggings and tights may be worn in the winter time. Leggings are not considered as pants at our school, but are a considered interchangeable as tights under a skirt or jumper. A red, or navy cardigan may be worn in the winter. A PE SAS sweatshirt may also be worn in the winter.

GYM UNIFORMS- All K-8 Students must purchase a Physical Education uniform. They will need a t-shirt, shorts, sweatshirt and sweatpants. These can only be purchased online through our preferred vendor. The gym uniform shop links will be shared in the June Eblast.

4-8 GIRLS: Navy blue polo; ; plaid Schoolbelles skirt ; khaki dress pants/ chinos, khaki long walking shorts. White or Navy socks and dress shoes. Skirts must touch the top of the knee in length; it is recommended to buy longer so the hem can be let out as students grow. Shorts must be worn under jumpers. Leggings and tights may be worn in the winter time. Leggings are not considered as pants at our school, but are a considered interchangeable as tights under a skirt or jumper. Bus Transportation

Brunswick City Schools Bus Transportation Request

All requests for Brunswick bus transportation for the 2024/2025 need to be completed directly through Brunswick City Schools Transporation Office. This also includes all childcare and shared parenting arrangements. Any requests filed after June 30, 2023, will be processed after Labor Day. Transportation request forms need to be filled out yearly in order to receive transportation.

August 20 – First Day Of School K-8
First full day of school for grades 1-8. Kindergarten 1/2 days begin Tuesday, through Friday.

August 23 – Back to School Picnic Grades 1-8 Sponsored by the School, Staffed by PTU.
Bring for a beach towel for a lunch picnic and celebrate the end of the first week!

August – First Day Of School Littlest Angels Preschool (LAPS)
First full day of school for our preschool campus!

August 26 Kindergarten First Full Day of School
Kindergarten will have staggered half days the first week of school for a shortened schedule. This will allow students to adjust to Kindergarten, and provide teachers individual time to help our new students acclimate and assess them.

*** Teacher/ Class assignments provided to families with completed registration, registration fees paid and updated ACH on file for billing or payment in full received. For questions regarding tuition payments, please contact Maryellen Newrones in the School Office at 330-460-7301. Tuition billing for ACH began July 1 annually for the school year for families on a payment schedule (not paying in full).
