Hello Parents!
I. All of our spelling words have been added to Spelling City. Our spelling test will take place on Friday.
II. The students will be given an oral assessment on Thursday, May 4th over their address and phone numbers. Please return your address and phone number form to school tomorrow.
III. Today the children signed out new A/R books from the library. The children also received a copy of their most current zpd and an A/R goal sheet. The deadline to meet the current A/R goal is May 26th. A/R will count as part of your child’s reading grade.
IV. We are very excited to see “The Moon’s a Balloon” at Play House Square next Tuesday. Please be sure to submit your child’s completed permission slip by this Friday, April 28th. All chaperone fees are due at this time also.
V. I hope to see everyone at Family STEM night on Thursday, (April 27th) from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. This will be an exciting evening in which you can visit different classrooms and participate in STEM activities.
