Grade 7 Retreat

Saint Ambrose 7th graders recently had a wonderful experience during a retreat day at Camp Cheerful. Together as a class, we learned that the more we work together the more we can accomplish and have fun. We did team-building activities that challenged us to rely and trust each other to complete the task successfully. One of our favorite games was the hula hoop challenge. We stood in a circle holding hands and had to get the hula hoop around the circle without the chain breaking.  Working together was the only way we could complete the task.  We learned that if we work together in all that we do…we will be successful.  – Written by Adriana Ricciardi, Grade 7
