This year students will need to have the Apostles’ Creed memorized as part of the Religion standards. We started learning about this before Christmas break. Students are working in class on practicing parts with and without reading it off paper. They are doing great! Father Rob came a couple weeks ago and talked with the class about this special prayer and the meanings of the words and parts. (See the picture below)
Please practice this at home. Students have a copy of the prayer with directions in their Religion folder. Students have ALL quarter to study the prayer and can take their oral test reciting it, whenever they choose before March 24th. Students can start this as soon as 1/24. When the student is ready, they need to bring in their copy of the prayer and tell a teacher that morning.
