First responders in Brunswick, Brunswick Hills, Medina, Strongsville, the Medina County Sheriff’s Department, Valley City, Hinckley, Cleveland Heights, and health care workers from St. Ambrose School families were honored with a first responder parade on Sept. 14 by the Brunswick school.

Students, teachers, faculty, and staff headed outdoors to show their appreciation with signs, banners, music, and cheers.

First responder school families and parents joined local law enforcement and fire departments driving along the parade route as students waved banners and American flags to thank and support the first responders and medical personnel who serve the community.

“It was a beautiful afternoon filled with patriotism, gratitude, celebration, thanks, and pride for the many men and women who serve our communities. May God bless them and keep them safe and strong,” said Lisa Cinadr, St. Ambrose Principal.
