Students got to meet with Khrystyne Jamerson last week during a DLL field trip. She is the virtual field trip coordinator for Sea Turtle, Inc. in Texas. The students got to see turtles of all ages and stages of life.They went over the life cycles and basic instincts and facts of sea turtles. Students also got to travel into the intensive care unit of the sea turtle hospital and learn more about their health and how to be safe citizens to extend the life of sea turtles!
