Visual Art Update for Wednesday & Friday May 29th & 31st
Preschool: Graduation
Kindergarten, First,Second & Third: Each student created a collage of a sail boat scene. They explored various forms of symbolic representation including symbols, images, and movement.
Fourth: In groups of two students explored a WEBQUEST on the chromebooks to learn about art history.
Fifth: Students explored Art History while taking a web journey to the Louvre and to seeing the virtual images from all over the world.
Sixth: In collaboration with religion class students designed a cover for a children’s book. The theme pertained to Bible Story imagery.
Seventh: Students worked in groups to create a sculpture part of our PBL with Mr. Mullen.
Eighth: Students explored Art History while taking a web journey to the Louvre and to seeing the virtual images from all over the world.
