Visual Art Update for Wednesday & Friday November 13th, 15th, & 17th
Preschool: Students explored a range of art concepts and constructed a Turkey displaying the art element of texture.
Kindergarten: Students recognized and pointed out similarities and differences in their artwork. They learned the art element of “Texture”.
First: Students in Mrs. McCarthy-Reed’s class identified the different types of snowflakes and learned the how they form. They created their own snowflake utilizing puzzle pieces as the outer layer. They compared and contrasted the differences. Mrs. Whitmer’s class completed a collaborative engineering project on TinerCAD.
