In fourth grade we started our monthly STEM challenge. The students are given a scenario where they need to design, create and test a rescue carrier and a lifting device. The two separate teams will then put the two devices together and make it one device. The big test will be if the two devices can work together to pick up four marbles from a three foot drop which we will start to test next week.
