A Successful Saint Ambrose Golf Outing raised money for Angels in Need School Tuition Fund.
The 4th Annual Golf Outing to aid Students in Need was held on June 11 at Valleaire Golf Club, in Hinckley. One hundred twenty golfers enjoyed perfect weather, eighteen holes of golf, lunch and dinner. The more than sixty raffle prize winners were given everything from golf balls, Indians tickets, free rounds of golf, gift cards and pitching wedges to TV’s. Generous proceeds from the day, raised over $13,000. This will aid Saint Ambrose School families in need of financial assistance through the Angels in Need Fund.
Special thanks to the outstanding Golf Committee, (Bob Cebula, Bob Downs, Rich Hoag, Steve Ripepi, Marty Shaw, Nick Solar, Dave Wiant, Dan Winar). Thank you to everyone involved in planning, sponsoring and supporting this event for our Saint Ambrose Angels in Need Fund. The committee has already begun planning for the 2018 outing.
