Today the children participated in a bus safety presentation from Brunswick City Schools. All students in grades K-3 attended.
Ian did a GREAT job assisting Fr. Bob with the movements to a Summer Bible School camp song!
On Thursday the children will begin to take their first STAR assessment on the computers. The assessment is focused upon Early Literacy and it will assess what the children already know. It will also provide me with some valuable information as to what skills the children need to focus upon or be challlenged with this school year. There is nothing for your child to study. The children will need their headphones or earbuds to wear during this assessment. If you have not already sent them in with your child, please do so. We will continue to use the earphones/earbuds throughout the remainder of the school year on a regular basis.
A friendly reminder: Please be sure to pack a healthy lunch for your child every day. This includes days that your child is buying hot lunch.
If you have not already sent in a white 1″ binder with your child during supply drop off, please be sure to send one in. We will be using them next week.
