Cara’s grandfather, who is a Vietnam Veteran came to school today to talk to all of the first grade students about Veterans Day and its significance. The students also received an American flag and information about how to fly the flag. The students also received the words to the Star Spangled Banner and Pledge of Allegience. Photos of our special visitor will be posted on Class Dojo.
