BOOSTERTHON HELPFUL HINTS
Here are a few helpful hints for family and friends who want to make a pledge offline. Follow these steps!
Are you making a PLEDGE by check or CASH?
- Get your pledges and write them on the back of your pledge card for each child OR simply write/type down the pledges on a piece of paper.
- Student’s Name, Grade and Homeroom should appear for each student so we can credit the students with prizes accordingly.
- Sponsor’s contact information – including name, phone number and email along with how they know the student.
- Amount of the donation (and our Boosterthon Team will enter the amount for each student).
- Have your sponsors write a check. Checks made payable to: Saint Ambrose PTU
- Place your money in a sealed envelope and mark it BOOSTERTHON TEAM with Child’s FULL NAME on it!
- Have the student give to the teacher and the teacher will place in BOOSTERTHON MONEY ENVELOPE.
- Boosterthon will collect envelopes daily and will process in the system.

- ASK a family member or friend to MAKE A PLEDGE.
- FIND someone in another state to complete our 50 STATE CHALLENGE and ASK for a flat donation or pledge per lap.
- TELL your sponsors we are raising funds for our RENOVATED RESTROOM PROJECT!
