Math Pentathlon will be held every FIRST & THIRD Wednesday of the month in room 207.
Math Pentathlon is a club open to all 6th & 7th grade students at SAS!
The club consists of learning a series of 5 games that implement students’ knowledge of math in order to compete in strategy-based games. The games develop timeless skills, such as spatial/ visual understanding, problem-solving abilities & critical-thinking skills, while reinforcing their fundamental understanding of numbers, operations & much more.
We will NOT be studying or learning math–We will be applying math skills to play fun, competitive games with friends! Mrs. J & Miss Demboski will be leading the club every 1st & 3rd Wednesday in room 207. We hope that your 6th & 7th graders will join!
