Howdy Kindergarten Families!
Another week has flown by! Only two weeks away from a well-deserved spring break!
Our week started off with rainy and very windy weather! We love lion days but cannot for lamb days to arrive soon!
In math we continue to talk about measurement with height, length and capacity.
We learned what things are needed to make a rainbow in God’s world and in the classroom…ask your child!
We learned about how Church is good and a place for us to gather to show our love for God.
We also compared the Church’s decorations to our decorations in the home we live in.
We worked on the letter /m/ sound and created words from our “it” word family.
Bring in a shoe-box that we will make into a Leprechaun trap on Thursday, March 16th. In your shoe-box, place items inside you think a Leprechaun would be drawn to. We will make our boxes using these materials that will be shared with the help of our wonderful 8th grade friends. I cannot wait to see if LL1 can catch a Leprechaun!
Please send in shoe-boxes and items to decorate with your child on Monday, March 13th!
Book Club orders due Monday by noon in order to arrive before Easter break.
Please let me know if you ever have any questions/concerns! My door is always open!
Have a wonderful weekend!
