Last week kindergarten students were introduced to the voting process. They were introduced to words like ballot, ballot box, candidate, vote, election, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
Each child went into our voting booth, hole punched their ballot and placed it into the ballot box.
Both kindergarten classes got together to watch the results live.
What an awesome learning experience!
Due to the shortened week LL2 will not have math packets or homework packets. Reading pouches will be sent home with new sight words. Please keep pouches at home through next week.
