In room 104 we love to practice Math facts. During our bi-weekly timed fact tests students move through the sets of mixed addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and combination quickly! In the end if the students pass set #25 with no errors, 100 problems of all four operations mixed, they get lunch on ME from anywhere of their choosing. We had our first student last week finally make it to this point! See the picture below… oh, and if they pass #25- they get to stand on my desk while we all cheer them on! CONGRATS!!!
Another thing we love to do is to play card games to practice math facts. Last week students got to play card games in the morning to practice multiplication. Here are some pictures from this time too…
