CAMP CLOSED: The week of June 16th (Summer Festival Week) and the week of June 30th (4th of July Week).

We look forward to another wonderful summer of Summer Camp with exciting and engaging weekly themes! Join us for the full week or part-time (M-W-F).

2025 Registration Fee & Camp Cost:

Registration Fee: $100 each camper (Non-refundable)

Weekly Summer Camp Rates- Monday- Friday (5 days):

One child: $300 Two children: $475 Three or more children: $600

Payments are due 7 days in advance and can be made by debit or credit card each week.
Drop in camp is not available. Campers must be paid in full for the week attending, the week prior in order to attend. Thank you for your support.

Part-Time Weekly Summer Camp Rates -M, W, F (3 days):

Weekly Fee: $180 weekly, per child. First full week of camp payment in full is due at the time of registration. Subsequent weekly fees are due 7 days in advance to secure your spot for the week. Campers must be paid in full for the week attending, the week prior in order to attend. Thank you for your support.

.Refund Policy: No refunds are available to payment method. A credit may be issued due to extenuating circumstances.

Field Trips: Our grades 1-6 camp participates in weekly field trips on Wednesdays. There is not an additional fee to participate in our field trips, this is included in our Summer Camp fee. Paperwork necessary is included in registration.

Additional Information

Camp Fees and Forms: Tuition payment information, billing, and required forms will be sent electronically to campers once registered. If payment for the week is not received 7 days in advance the spot will be forfeited. Campers must be paid in full for the week attending, the week prior in order to attend. Drop in care is NOT available.

Snacks: Snacks are not provided. Please pack your child two snacks each day. This will help ensure your child will eat them.

Lunch: Please pack a lunch in a lunch bag that will keep items cool. No refrigeration at camp. NO LUNCH PROVIDED.

Field Trips: Field trips will take place on Wednesdays. If your child attends camp on a Wednesday, they will be attending the field trip. There is not an option for care on site. We have some exciting field trips planned this summer! Mini Golf, local parks, Canal Park, Hickory Ridge Cinema, Cleveland Aquarium, Medina Alpaca Farm and more! Specific locations and information will be shared with families registered. Field trip fees are included in weekly camper fees.

Communication: Camper families will receive a weekly E-Newsletter via email with updates from our Camp Director.

Other Information
Campers will need a water bottle, sunscreen, and a backpack which will be kept with them at all times. Please be sure all items are labeled. Closed toe, athletic shoes are required to be worn daily.
