Special Person’s Day was a wonderful way to end this week!  It was nice to see all of the children enjoying the special  time they had with the loved one who came to school today. After a prayer service presented by third grade, the students shared a snack with their special person and had their photo taken.  The children then brought their special person back up to the classroom where they worked together to make a beautiful picture frame. After making our photo frames, we had the opportunity to have our special person participate in a “brain break” with us where we get up and dance and move to music.  I enjoyed meeting all of the special loved ones who attended.

Please remember that we are partnering with St. Mary’s School in Berea to collect aluminum tabs for the ill children and their families at The Ronald Mc Donald House in Cleveland.  Let’s pull together and collect as many tabs as we can to help make those in need smile. :)

Have a wonderful weekend!
