Welcome from our Principal & Assistant Principal

I PRAISE YOU, BECAUSE I AM WONDERFULLY MADE. Psalms 139:14

Dear SAS Family,

Welcome to a new school year of discovery and joyful excellence! This year’s theme focuses on the reminder that each of us is a precious child of God.

  • We must seek and be Jesus Christ to each other.
  • We must treat each other with respect and kindness.
  • We must R.E.A.C.H. and challenge ourselves to learn, grow and achieve.

As we celebrate 60 years since Saint Ambrose School first opened its doors to the children of our community, we are very grateful for the legacy of faith and academic excellence left by the generations before us. We honor them by continuing to seek and use researched and 21st Century exemplary practices in teaching and learning as we work to provide everything for YOUR child every day.

Our deeply caring and highly qualified faculty and staff stand ready to support you as your child(ren)’s primary educators. Core skills in reading, writing, math and other content areas are enriched via STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts and Math) concepts,  best practices and strategies.

May the Holy Spirit guide us and keep us focused as we partner with you in this incredible journey of forming young people into saints.

Thank you for choosing Saint Ambrose School for your precious sons and daughters!

Grace and Blessings,

Welcome from our Pastor

Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.
– Soren Kierkegaard
It’s the 60th Anniversary for Saint Ambrose School.  It’s amazing to think of the hundreds – and thousands – of students who have walked through the halls of Saint Ambrose.
The Kierkegaard quote reminds me of why anniversaries are so important.  It’s a time to look back at the wonderful people who have set us a strong foundation for our school.  It’s upon their foundation that we continue to live forward into a bright and strong future.
This year gives us a moment to reflect on the rich heritage of Catholic education that has been so important in our parish community.   Amazing faculty and staff have engaged the minds, and formed the hearts, of thousands of young disciples of the Lord.
Our faculty and staff today are dedicated and committed to helping our students understand one essential truth – Jesus Christ is EVERYTHING in their lives and for all of us.
Let’s use this anniversary year to look back and see the blessings of God in our community…to help us understand how blessed we are with a thriving Catholic School.  Let’s use this anniversary year to ‘live forward’ into a bright future committed to offering what is best for each of our students, faculty and staff.
Happy Anniversary.
God bless you.
