This can be found in the Digital Academy Parent Portal. Every admitted family has a login and password to access. Please be sure you are also receiving and reading the School Online Newsletter.

Please log into your Digital Academy Account to complete all back to school forms available on Friday, August 8th. Forms are due by Friday, August 15th. Students may not begin school without all forms being completed.

Tuition Payments

- Payment in Full Deadline is July 1, 2025.
- Tuition Payment Program Begins July 1st.
- Financial Aid and Scholarships will be applied directly to your tuition account once confirmed and received first by the family.
- Information on EdChoice Scholarship and scholarship awards will be provided directly to families by the state of Ohio, then applied to your Digital Academy Tuition Account.
- Log into your Digital Academy account to view or change any information.

Complete Supply Kit ordering has ended. If you placed an order, your student school supplies will be delivered directly to your home by August 12th.

Some brands listed on school supply lists are provided in the kits, but may not be easy to find in stores. Substitution of brands is permissible if you are unable to source the specific brand listed. Please reach out to the school/teachers with any questions!

Physical Education Uniform
- Physical Education Uniform Order Link – NEW VENDOR
- The Physical Education Uniform Vendor has changed for 2025. These must be ordered through 1st Place Spiritwear. A PE uniform is required.
- Physical Education T-shirt
- Physical Education shorts
- Physical Education pants
- Physical Education Grey Sweatshirt- also permitted to wear with daily uniform.
- The Red Sweatshirts are no longer permitted for PE.
- If your family has PE uniforms in good condition, you do not need to buy new for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Our previous vendor may have limited stock left. These uniforms are approved for the 2025-2026 school year. Stocking up on the older style is not recommended.
We are grateful to our parents who closely follow our school dress code, and help us to keep uniform shirts affordable by not requiring logo shirts. Schoolbelles Uniform Store is the exclusive provider for our Saint Ambrose plaid jumpers and skirts for girls. Other items including pants, polos, and dress shoes can be purchased from anywhere provided it meets our dress code requirements.

Bus Transportation
Transportation Information and Reimbursement for 2025-2026
CONTACT YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR BUSING
Please reach out to your local school district to ensure your child is registered for bus transportation as needed for the 2025-2026 school year. The districts below provide busing to and from school daily. The school district transportation offices will be able to communicate any changes and answer questions. For the 2025-2026 school year, the following districts are providing busing to and from Saint Ambrose School: Brunswick, Buckeye and Medina city school districts. Bussing may include a transportation radius and pick-up and drop-off points. Please contact your department
PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TRANSPORATION
If you live in Strongsville, or another school district outside of the three below, please reach out to your local school district to request and complete a payment in lieu of transportation form. Your family is entitled to a stipend payable at the end of the school year to offset your transportation costs, per the State of Ohio Legislation. Please note that payments are typically processed in arrear. Families who live in a district where bussing is provided and choose not to utilize it, are not entitled to reimbursement.

August 8– Forms loaded into Digital Academy. Please complete online by August 15th.
August 12 – Kindergarten Information Night-Mandatory Parent Meeting and supply drop off. Kindergarten Classroom Tour!
August 13**– Class Assignments will be updated in Digital Academy.
August 14– New Transfer Grade 1-8 Family Building Tours 4:30-5:30 pm- optional.
August 17- SPIRIT SUNDAY MASS AND PICNIC
Back-to-School Family Mass and Teacher Meet. All families are asked to participate.
August 19 – First Day Of School K-8
First full day of school for grades 1-8. Kindergarten 1/2 days begin Tuesday through Friday.
August 22- Back to School Lunch Picnic Grades 1-8. Volunteers are needed. Pizza lunch is provided. Students may also pack their lunch.
August 24 – Begin LAPS Orientation Days
September 4– Back to School Parents Night for Grades 1-8.
August 25 – Kindergarten First Full Day of School
Kindergarten will have staggered half days the first week of school for a shortened schedule. This will allow students to adjust to Kindergarten, and provide teachers individual time to help our new students acclimate and assess them.
*** Teacher/ Class assignments provided to families with completed registration, registration fees paid and updated ACH on file for billing or payment in full received. For questions regarding tuition payments, please contact Maryellen Newrones in the School Office at 330-460-7301. Tuition billing for ACH began July 1 annually for the school year for families on a payment schedule (not paying in full).
